Hi, I’m Jo Catherall, a qualified BACP accredited therapist based in Brighton. Alongside my private practice, I also work at The Rock Clinic, seeing clients from many different circumstances, ages and life stages. I offer inclusivity and respect for diversity.
Your journey is important to me; whether it's helping you to deal with a life event that has destabilised you, providing a safe space to verbalise difficult thoughts and feelings, or enabling you to understand your behaviours and the behaviours of those around you. Get in touch to discuss how to get started.
There are many reasons for coming to therapy. Perhaps you have reached a point of crisis or perhaps you would like to understand yourself better. By acknowledging difficult feelings, we can begin to recognise patterns of behaviour that are no longer serving you, or try to make sense of past issues that still affect you in your present.
Coming from a psychodynamic background, I offer you a safe and contained space in which to explore your thoughts and feelings, with the therapeutic relationship at its core.
Therapy sessions last for 50 minutes and cost £55, including the first session which is an opportunity for us both to find out whether we are right for each other and to agree on the outcomes of the therapy.
